UMTS+GPRS4MacOS Support

I received several questions where people had already been using NovaMedias - Mobile High Speed and it confused them quite.

This is what I wrote to one such person as an explanation:
What NovaMedia does is to change the choosen Location of MacOS to one of its own. This means that all the settings the end-user had in its original location have thereby been set aside. This means that in order to use UMTS+GPRS4MacOS again you have to undo this change and choose the original location.

Off factory Apple supplies the Location called "Automatic" and that is where I recommend to install my driver. Very few people need more than one Location because Apple really did some great Jobs here ;-)

I will update my manual to comply with this suggestion.

Some people had problems with pincode requests that interfered with normal operation. I recommend these people (and everybody else) to upgrade to at least version 0.7
