My work at KPN Research is with the mobile-communications group of the
Signal-Transport-Systems department (STS). Currently I'm investigating
handover issues in the determination of service probablity.

- Simulation of Mobile Networks
During my militairy service at the Royal Militairy Academy in Breda
I was a teacher in the subjects of:
- Radar systems
- Electro Optical systems
- Electro Magnetic Field theory
I graduated at Delft University of Technology, faculty of Electrical
Engeneering in 1990. My work was to design and build an Antenna Measurement
System. It is capable of dual polarisation plus reflection phase & amplitude
measurements on small antennas in an anechoic chamber in the 2 - 18 GHz range.
